Stenwood 2025 PTA Reflections Art Competition

This year’s theme is “I Belong!”

Each year the National PTA hosts a student art competition where the winners can advance all the way to the national competition where scholarships are awarded. 

Students submit works of art in one or more of the following categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, and Visual Arts. Stenwood has four age categories: Accessible Arts, Primary (PK-2nd grade), Intermediate (3rd-5th grade), and Middle School (6th-8th grade)

Submissions are due by midnight November 14th and must be emailed to our Reflections Art chair, Joan Kaminer at jmegibs@me.com. She will reply to confirm receipt of the submission within 24 hrs. 

No extensions are provided so submit early and ensure your submission forms are completely filled out, meet individual category requirements, and file names must follow naming convention below. Please note that some category requirements are very specific!

1) How to name the actual entry artwork files:

Student last name.first name.school.category.age division.artwork

(ex: Kaminer.Joan.StenwoodES.visualarts.middleschool.artwork)

2) How to name the student entry forms:

Student last name.first name.school.category.age division.artwork

(ex: Kaminer.Joan.StenwoodES.literature.accessiblearts.entryform)
