Treats are free, but you must RSVP so we know how many treats to have on hand. The RSVP also gives us a chance to collect information about any dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Enjoy music and fun with DJ Muse while the kids dance, play and hang out with their Stenwood friends.

A Few Important Notes
👨👩👧👦 This is not a drop-off event. Adults are responsible for supervising their children at all times, including on the Stenwood playground.
🌧️ Weather: Keep an eye out for updates from the PTA in case of inclement weather.
🍦 Dietary needs: Please include any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can plan treats accordingly.
Here are a few things families often want to know.
Can I bring siblings, or is this just for Stenwood students?
Everyone is welcome! Siblings, parents, caregivers and other family members are invited to join the fun. Just be sure to let us know how many people will be eating ice-cream.
Do I need to RSVP if I am only coming to hang out?
No, the RSVP is for your ice-cream tickets so we can plan to purchase the right amount. If you aren't planning to eat a treat, no need to complete the form. One Ice Cream treat per person -- all are welcome to enjoy!
What should I bring?
Bring lawn chairs or a picnic blanket (if desired), your family and your appetite for ice cream! Some families pack a picnic dinner to enjoy at the event.
What if my child has a food allergy or dietary restriction?
When you RSVP, you can choose between a Standard Ice Cream Treat or a Food Allergy Friendly treat.
What happens if it rains?
The PTA will share updates if plans change because of inclement weather.
