 Annual Family PTA Membership (2+ individuals)
Annual PTA Family Membership includes up to two adult household members. Membership dues cover your National/State/County PTA dues and Stenwood PTA operational expenses (website, insurance, supplies, etc). Includes access to a secure online directory!		$27.00 
 Annual Individual PTA Membership
An Anual Individual PTA Membership is good for one adult member. Membership dues cover your National/State/County PTA dues and Stenwood PTA operational expenses (website, insurance, supplies, etc.). Includes access to a secure online directory!		$17.00 
 Annual Faculty Member PTA Membership
An Anual Faculty PTA Membership is good for one Stenwood Elementary faculty member. Membership dues cover your National/State/County PTA dues and Stenwood PTA operational expenses (website, insurance, supplies, etc). Includes access to online directory!		$12.00 
Student Information

Please include all students that attend Stenwood Elementary.
